Switch to the "Flip" tab, choose Horizontal or Vertical, then click "Apply". Horizontal mirrors left-to-right, Vertical mirrors top-to-bottom.
Does rotating or flipping reduce quality?
For 90°/180°/270° rotations and all flips, quality is perfectly preserved. For custom angles, minimal resampling occurs — use the Sharpen tool afterward if needed.
