1. Acceptance
By using imagemochi ("the Service", operated by imagemochi / Seunghyun Jang, Daegu, Republic of Korea), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
imagemochi provides browser-based image processing tools including resizing, compression, conversion, cropping, filters, and more. All image processing runs entirely in your browser — your images are never uploaded to our servers.

Every tool — including both AI tools — is free and unlimited for all users. Pro adds 4× AI upscale, batch 50 with ZIP export, 30-day workflow history, offline PWA mode, and removes ads. No account is required for free use.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Pro is available as a subscription ($3.99/month or $29/year) processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT collection on behalf of imagemochi / Seunghyun Jang.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard — your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Legacy one-time purchase users retain permanent Pro access with no recurring charges.
4a. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first Pro subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day window.
Refund requests after 14 days are handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to process illegal content.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use automated scripts or bots to make bulk requests.
- Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim ownership of any images you process. Since all processing happens in your browser, your images are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
The imagemochi name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagemochi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All image processing occurs locally in your browser.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Daegu, Republic of Korea.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
