imagemochi ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Browser-Based Processing (No Data Collection)

All of our image tools (resize, crop, compress, convert, upscale, and more) process images entirely in your browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers. We have no access to the images you process with these tools.

Account Data

If you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — for login and account recovery.
• Password — stored as a salted PBKDF2 hash. We never store plaintext passwords.
• Usage data — feature usage counts per day (for usage limits).

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or billing details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal cookies for authentication (JWT token storage). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We may use privacy-focused analytics (e.g., Plausible) that do not track individual users.

Data Retention

• Images: Never stored on our servers. All processing happens in your browser.
• Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
• Usage logs: Retained for 30 days.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
